The property is located near Campbell Lake and 5 minutes away from Kincaid Park, shopping, dining, as well as the beautiful setting of nature and wildlife. The house is 1600 sq. ft and well-kept, located in south Anchorage. I am the first and only owner of the house (since it was built). All three rooms and two full bathrooms are in the upper level of the house. The living room, kitchen, laundry, and half-bathroom are located downstairs. Once you wake up in the morning, you can cook & eat breakfast outside on a beautiful 12x24 deck. You can also cook your favorite dinner outside with the new barbeque grill while watching the beautiful Alaskan summer sunset. Flattop, a very popular hiking spot as well as a beautiful place for sight-seeing and taking pictures, is about 15 minutes away. Right outside the neighborhood is a jogging trail across the street. For your personal needs, shopping malls and restaurants are located a few minutes away, while a big grocery store, Fred Meyers, is just across the street. They are a complete store containing a bank, electronics, clothing, Starbucks, and even a liquor store. Costco is also a few minutes away. To name some restaurants just minutes away: Olive Garden, Red Robin, Smashburger, Seward's Folly Suite 100, Gallos, Village Inn, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Subway. A Thai Siamese cuisine is also nearby. For those who enjoy the outdoors, stores such as Cabela's and Mountainview Sports are accessible in a few minutes. Downtown Anchorage is about 12-15 minutes away. This clean and private mother-in-law unit is located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood in Sand Lake area. The MIL unit has it’s own private driveway, parking and entrance. It has a very spacious backyard with trees and lawn. The property is located close to grocery markets and shopping centers (approximately 5-10 mins drive) and 10-15 mins drive to downtown Anchorage and 8 mins drive to ANC International Airport. The guest suite can accommodate two people. Two additional children may be added upon request. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and we can set up a floor mattress and/or crib in the living room, should you need it for children. It has a full kitchen, full bathroom with heated flooring, and ample storage/closets. The property is protected with a security system and is equipped with outdoor cameras for guest’s and owner’s protection. We also have a fast Wifi internet connection. Wifi log-in info will be listed inside the unit. The TV is already connected to wifi and equipped with Amazon fire stick.
